How to bid live?1. Follow our live auction page to get auction notifications. 2. After signing into your LiveAuctioneers account, go to the auction page or item page, and click on the blue "Register For Auction" button. 3. Once the auction is live, an "Enter Live Auction" link/button will be available on the catalog or item listing.

What is your buyer's premium? In addition to whatever the high bid is on an item, MY Antique Collection collects 28% more. For example, if you are the high bidder on three items totaling $300, you would pay MY Antique Collection $345 ($300 + the 28% premium), as well as applicable sales tax.
-
Can I participate if I can’t make it to the auction?Yes! MY Antique Collection accepts absentee or phone bidding, as well as offering to purchase prior to the auction. An absentee bid is when a bidder who is unable to attend the auction leaves the maximum amount they are willing to bid on an item. The auctioneer then bids on their behalf.

Any tips for winning?Thousands of hard-to-find collectibles and one-of-a-kind treasures are offered at MY Antique Collection. Found an item you love? Here are some tips for winning your next item: 1) Submit bids and auction registration requests in advance. By registering early, you will have more time to place bids before the auction goes live. 2) Place your maximum bid before the auction begins. Your bid stays at the lowest minimum amount required to keep you in the lead, and increases only if another bidder places a competing bid. Remember to save items to your Saved Items by clicking 'Save Item' on the item page to keep track of your favorite pieces. 3) Bid during the live auction. Live bidding triples your chances of winning, especially when auctions are open to floor bidders. Happy bidding!

How do you handle shipping and payment? The bidder must pay the commission and the transaction price within 15 days after receiving the invoice. An invoice is setting out the hammer price plus all other applicable charges, such as the buyer’s premium, taxes, and any additional charges that may apply. We offer in-house packing and shipping service. Items are scheduled to ship within one to two weeks after payment is received. Larger packages and international delivery may exceed this period. The bidder (buyer) agrees to pay the shipping cost when bidding. The shipping cost of each lot will be confirmed by the bidder (buyer) before the actual transport by the third party. The bidder is also advised to choose the amount of insurance for the completed lot to avoid the loss caused by damage or loss in the process of transportation (the service fee is not included in the transaction price of the lot and shall be paid by the user separately).
